Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling
We understand plans change. You may reschedule an appointment free of charge if you let us know at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: a small service fee may apply to cover preparation costs.
- No-shows: prepaid amounts may not be refundable.
Service-specific notes
- Boarding: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are fully refundable. Late cancellations may be subject to one night's charge.
- Grooming & training: Multi-session packages can be paused or rescheduled; refunds for unused sessions are processed pro-rata.
- Veterinary consultations: Diagnostic tests and treatments already performed are non-refundable.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank or payment gateway timelines may add additional days.
